By approving your final invoice and submitting payment for the items you ordered, you are acknowledging that you have accepted the purchase of those items within the terms and conditions as follows: Should your order arrive damaged, we will repair or exchange the damaged part at no additional expense to you, provided you: Immediately upon delivery by Adams Ave Furniture perform a through inspection of all delivered items, and should you discover the delivered goods to be damaged in anyway, you must notify Adams Ave Furniture delivery personnel upon delivery.

 

    By failing or refusing to take said action upon receipt of delivered item(s), you agree to except the delivered items "as is" and also agree that Adams Ave Furniture and any of it's affiliates, associates, employees and agents assume no liability whatsoever regarding the type, construction and condition of products you have purchased and taken possession of. Prior to pickup please inspect goods for damage since we are not responsible for furniture after it has been picked up from our location.

 

    Within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, if the delivered item(s) are undamaged, but for whatever reason you do not want to keep the item(s), we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, however, you agree that any such refunds or exchanges will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of the sales slip total price and a return delivery charge equal to the initial delivery service fee.

 

 

    Item(s) must not be abused or damaged and must be in resaleable like new condition without any wear & tear.

 

    ALL MATTRESS & BOX SPRING SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES NO RETURNS.

 

     Item(s) special ordered are not returnable nor can be exchanged.

 

    Should you cancel your order prior to delivery or pickup for any reason whatsoever, you will be charged a cancellation/restocking fee equal to 25% of the sales slip total price.
